To make it even easier for WindRate’s partners to quote pricing, the team has built on its last feature release by adding a “set it and forget it” pricing tool. This optional feature allows managed service providers (MSPs) to set a price that WindRate’s quoting system will use to automatically respond to requests for quotes (RFQs). Each response can be customized with the set price and marketing materials for each vendor. Pricing can be set for each platform and region.
The new feature eliminates the need to respond to individual quote requests and they’ll be delivered in a timely manner, which also improves the customer experience. Once potential customers fill out WindRate’s quote form, they won’t have to wait up to hours for responses. With set it and forget it pricing, vendors will reach out to potential clients automatically after an initial setup process. This should help drive better conversion rates for all our partners.
If you’re currently a WindRate partner and wish to use this optional feature, you’ll find it in the same UI that you currently quote from on WindRate. Once you’ve configured everything, the next emails you’ll receive will be alerts for new clients who wish to discuss your quotes further.
Again, this feature is optional but has its obvious advantages. If you choose not to use it, business will continue as usual and you’ll receive RFQs that match your target client profiles.
